am an attorney, media personality, guest host, speaker, and podcaster. Currently, I am the cohost of The Ringer's Higher Learning With Van Lathan and host of The Morally Corrupt Podcast. I was the first African-American lead in the franchise’s history on the thirteenth season of ABC's The Bachelorette and as a contestant on the twenty-first season of ABC’s The Bachelor.
I recently authored a collection of essays titled, Miss Me With That: Hot Takes, Helpful Tidbits, and a Few Hard Truths and also made my fiction debut with the novel Real Love.
